Getting a wee bit warm here in Perth, 36c today (Black Friday 13th ) 38c tomorrow
Update;- Saturday 14/11 Time 8.20am temp already 32c and climbing fast, wouldn't mind betting it will go higher than 38c today. !!!

The last few days at Stanley and Smithton (Tasmania) have been lovely - only 19 to 20 degrees but it has felt like 25 to 30. Lovely sunshine. Have bought a house in Smithton - well, paid the deposit - building inspection on Friday, and will have to wait till leaseholders move out on 27 Jan. 2016 to finalise settlement, but cant wait.

Checked my rock on a string and it is almost parallel again, but plus side southerlies so cool days and nights, only had 5 days ove 30 (one 47 in that) wish the damn rock rock would get wet though.

We have had great weather in Brisbane this XMAS New Year season.
Hardly a hot day & just a little bit of welcome rain.
eg Today 4/1 the temperature at 4pm is at the daily max of 26 Range 18 to 26. Overcast with an occasional drizzle.
Haven't used the Air Con in anger this summer (except for XMAS day when we had a tribe of guests for lunch & put it on as a courtesy only).

I must say your temperature is a might better than what it is here in Perth at the moment,
I woke a 3.30am this morning Tue 5/1 to find the Humidity running at 86% overcast conditions with a forecast top of 32c today,
"YUCK"
If only we would get some decent rain, the garden is dried out and completely dead !!!

to make things worse, we have a strong gusty wind blowing from the North,
It's not helping the Guys fighting the massive Bushfire burning South of Perth.

Love it though .. coupla inches last week and lots of green around ..
.. must hop across now to the artesian pools (hot or cold) and have my first session for the day ..
then maybe go chase the Murray Cod .. picked up an 11 pounder last week !
