Hope it clears up before we get there at the end of next week.
It is bucketing down at the racecourse in Broken Hill, muddy and sloshy and downright horrible. All the dirt roads in this region are closed.

Here in Penrith near Sydney it's bucketing down that heavy I found myself checking with the weather gods about conditions south of here for the next couple of days. Haven't had to do that really since Cyclone Ita up in the tropics earlier in the year. If I get the flippers out I should be ok they reckon.

This morning we left Trangie, and the cold, wet, miserable weather accompanied us up to the lovely little town of Gulargambone, however the people here seem to very nice, and it is a roast night around the camp fire - rain and all!

We've had 94mm of rain here in Logan. Great to settle the dust and hopefully avert any more bushfires.

Considering when I arrived here in Wodonga Nth Vic in light rain and cold, today has been dry and not all that cold really. Maybe a sign of better weather on the way.
