Well it was warmer in far south coast NSW than Perth today! Went to 19C and lovely sunny day.

What a difference a couple of months make. When I got here in Townsville, Nth Q'land it was hot hot hot now, for the last 24hrs it's been chilly, very grey sky and rain. No sun for at least 36 hours now and this is the dry season.

Weather excellent at Humpty Doo NT. Around 30deg every day and down to 15deg at night. A week ago it was up to 34deg and 23-25deg at night. Will come back late June or July next year.

Have put another quilt on the bed at nights in the far south coast of NSW. Down in the 5s and 6s now. But we enjoy having proper seasons. Couldn't cope with one long summer.

Very wet here in Mackay but mild. We're wanting to head further north to our favourite camp spots but they'll be boggy. Have heard that Boulder Creek is a nice spot so may head there first.......

Beautiful day here on far south coast NSW. I see Innisfail Qld usually has the most rain - maybe Perth will score this year!

Its been howling all night here, Only a few drops of rain so far, But it is going to get very much worse, A Blizzard has been forecast, and I can see it coming, Its very black out there,
To all the shivering southerners... we have passed this years shortest day, so it has to start improving sometime soon!

Blowing a gale here too on far south coast NSW. No more than a few sprinkles with it though. Cool all day but overnight temp not as low as recently.
