It's the legendary - Ian 'Pete' Geoghegan - won the Australian Touring Car Championships in his Ford Mustang 4 years in a row from 66/67/68/69.
Gee those were the days ! - Geoghegan, Norm Beechey, Bob Jane and Allan Moffat - I reckon the late 60's was the heyday of Australian touring car racing - today's V8 supercars have nothing on the old ATCC formulas - a great variety of cars as distinct from the recent years of boring Holden/Ford series, although, I must admit, adding Mercedes, Volvo and Nissan has livened it up a tad !
One race meeting at Warwick Farm, the team had a dispute with Ford over sponsorship, and they turned up with the Mustang sporting very nice blue oval stickers on the back guards proclaiming 'Ours' - next meeting the familiar blue oval 'Ford' stickers were back !

Well, not as exciting as seeing Pete in his mighty mustang.
But where is this ?
Edited - I wasn't thinking late last night, I put up a 'Where is it' picture rather that a 'Who is this' picture.
I don't have one to offer, so open the floor to anyone else who has a picture.
Regards, Brian
