well it's not me that's scared of chooks - we have two hens and a rooster ourselves, but my best friend is petrified of them because when she was three her grandmother locked her in the chook shed with them as punishment!! Myself - I love animals - have two dogs, a cat, 2 hens, a rooster, and five horses - much to my husbands disgust!! Just like the person below, he wishes he wasn't tied down by animals so he can nomad . . .
