I have another pic taken in the dewy grass this morning, of an ant on a leaf - but it just will not upload - have tried several times - nothing different to the ones here - bit of a mystery!!
Hi Brian 88,
I like the last three and the three yellow ones together. The 'time lapse' flower seems to be out of focus though - such a shame, because it looks like a very pretty flower. I recently went to the Gold Coast with my husband while he did a Holden V8 Supercar drive the kids and I bought him, but while he was driving over the other side of the track, I busied myself taking photos of the flowers at he racetrack - just a bit like your 'waiting for the mud to dry'.

you got it , that's what I was doing. we have got a lot of people watching at the moment , no-one talking.R.
I know those little buggers -well, when they turn into prickles! I was on very close terms with them as a kid, because I hardly ever had shoes on.

I haven't popped over for a snoop for a while AND what great shots you have all taken. I love Romy's5152 bracelet (I think)...and that recent one of Boroma577 with the great Bee. You have some great flower shots and grasses. as well as sand. Nice thread.
Cheers Sharon

Hi Sharon, yes it is a bracelet. It's one of Mum's that she gave me recently, and it's very old, so it's also very treasured. Glad you liked it.

Funny little plant where the leaves close/shrink up when you touch it....very small but pretty little flower too.
It sounds like the Sensitive Weed plant that's found a lot in the north. Townsville has a lot of it up that way, Boroma. It is a cute little pnk flower!
