Today, much cooler - so far only 29 - crazy weather
Listening to all you queenslanders, wish we could get a good SEQ thunderstorm! might cool things down, but they dont happen like that down here.

Very hot in Alice Springs 45.1 deg yesterday and 43 deg for next 4 days. Same every where it seems. Will be heading back to Portland on Friday. Hoping for cooler temps especially from here to the coast.

27 at the moment, with 62% humidity. According to weatherzone there's a 90% chance of rain, but nothing on the horizon. Very dry still.
I know what you mean Dunmowin. We like our storms don't we...not the detructive kind though.

Another b..........y hot day. Supposed to get to 44 here in Echuca. All I'm getting out of it is a headache.

Well, Beth when that cyclonic rain hits, send us a bit then - hopefully everything hasn't died off in the meantime! Hubby spends hours handwatering.

43 degrees forecast for Sydney tomorrow and that is in the city. Usually hotter out in the suburbs.

Supposed to be 29 today, with a ESE wind at 26k/h and 60% humidity. I live on a hill, so getting lovely breezes. I call this a nice day. Supposed to be 40% chance of showers but so far none.

We have a forecast of 43C for our area. Wish hubby had cleaned the gutters out today instead of mowing the lawns! It looks like it will be the afternoon when it hits. The next day is supposed to be 22C - we'll feel cold. At least we usually get the cool change first up being so far south in NSW.

Just let me say - the cool is on its way. We have had a change of winds and it has gone from 42C to 27C in half an hour. Hang in there. It is coming up the coast.

The cool change reached us about 9.30 last night, great relief! Nice and cool today, no rain though. We're north of NeilnRuth, south of Milo on south coast nsw
