Sorry Dave and the rest of you . Have been very busy painting the house and doing all manner of work around the place and getting ready to sell up.
Have not had much to do with the forum at all over the last few days.

i was a scout in UK went to a jamboree in the late 50s i think it was near Oxford , i got caught swearing by skipper was given a 2lt bucket of water an a tin cup (yep you guest it) had to swill my mouth out till all water was gone still swear .Bugga

BG.Could you check Charles Henry Gould. What I have found is that the photo I posted is of Gould. He was the founder of the stapler.

Your photo is of Charles Henry Dow - but it comes up also against Charles Henry Gould .... I'll be buggered
