Took quite a number of days to update the Win10 version of the Site Content but finally got there.
Problem is.... how do you know when it is up to date? Mine has said 'Synched' on multiple occasions but has grown by large numbers when redone. Currently some states I have shown higher numbers than yours, & some less.
And really what do all those numbers actually mean? The only useful reviews/fees/pics are the most recent. Have you tried comparing the offline results with online results to see if that is what you are getting. I did at one point & the results were a mixed bag.
EDIT: Just tried to compare review dates between on & off line again .......... Not possible as the app freezes when trying to use it to look at reviews on NBN wifi, but worked ok when offline! On iphone.

Yeah, it's all a bit of a mystery Cuppa.
My Android version reset all offline data to zero and I had to download (sync) all again. A real pain. However, when I go to a site offline all the latest data of Reviews, Fees and Photos are there. Go figure!
Still, the Windows and Android versions are running much slower than the pre-upgrade version.
