Not sure what this weather is going to do, very cloudy and a little bit cold. Looking out towards Bundaberg it looks like it could be raining. Hope not.

Just checked Elders Weather. Looks like we have 70 % chance of rain here in the next few days. At least the temps are staying high with the nights getting to around 14 degrees, and days 27 deg.

When it suddenly gets warmer, as it has done the last few days, that's a sure sign of rain coming Marj.
12 - 25 here today, clouds around but only a 10% chance of rain. They're saying there may be a late shower. I've got washing out, so I'll have to keep an eye on the radar.

Great weather here at Mt. Bundy Station (Adelaide River NT). No rain in NT for 8 wks. 32deg today but the build up is about to start.

My son has just returned to Darwin for work, after 2 months home in Brisbane. It was a bit of a shock to find it so hot already. I did warn him.

Longreach - sunshine - warm - was 33 yesterday - wind blowing curtains almost horizontal in the motorhome, might keep temp down a bit - lots of people moved out this morning, big fishing comp here this weekend.

I think you may be right Beth. Son said this morning Summer is here, can feel the warmth and the snakes are out. A bit cloudy here and supposed to get a thunderstorm but doesn't look like happening.

we got up to 29.9 this morning- bright sunshine, but now the strong wind is here and the storm's on its way.
at least the washing got dry this morning but we had to rescue it from all over the yard this afternoon.

Grey, black, stormy looking clouds everywhere. Supposed to get a thunderstorm Rockhampton down to Bundaberg. Was a very hot muggy night, have changed to summer PJs and threw the doona off to get some sleep. Still in short sleeves, going to be a reasonable day.

I'm sure the wind is straight of the ice today here in Sth West Gippsland, Vic. I'm just about to take a bus over to Phillip Island unless of course the wind picks me up, in that case I could end up in Tassie.

Nice and warm here in Katherine. After all the freezing dys we had in NSW, Victoria and South Australia, the Northern Territory is certaiinly making us feel at home. 13 - 37 degrees in Katherine. 40 degrees while we walked the Gorges in Nitmiluk.
Great to feel these old bones warmed by the sun.

It's been blowing a gale here for a few days. While the wind has come from the NW it has kept the temps up - now they say the next few days it will come from the SW and we'll get Doug's cold icy winds. But 40C doesn't excite me either.

Well the weatherman got it wrong today. No cold winds just a lovely spring day in winter. Lorikeets have loved fighting in the birdbath.
