I've had a run up to Tin Can Bay today, and struck several showers at different spots along the way. It was weird actually. Driving along, nice and sunny, then woosh, heavy rain for about 2 minutes, then gone.

I was told it doesn't rain here, so what's the stuff that's been coming down from the sky most of the night and as I post this then???
It looks like rain follows me so I might have to start up a rain maker business. One good thing though, it's not cold, so the bones are still thawed out.

Showers about here too. Overcast and dreary. Accordingly, the temps have risen a bit too. 13 - 21 predicted today, currently 18.

Cold in Bowral. Not as cold as Bathurst a few days ago, but still cold even though the actual temperature is almost 10 degrees. The apparent temp is well below that and the wind id almost howling. A local told me today that they were expecting snow.

Very cold on southern Yorke Peninsula. I've managed to get the chill out of this big old house, but I can't keep the cold out. I hate winter! I have to wear too much clothes.

That's the plus side of winter rain in Qld Marj. It gets warmer!
As for my neck of the woods, driving home from the doctors this arvo in peak hour traffic, with what my mate would call mizzle. Drizzle crossed with mist. And several idiots on the motorway without their lights on.
