Do not normally participate in this event, but we currently have our daughter and grandson living with us decided to give it a go.
Not really fussed about the origins of it - many of our celebration days and holidays have non Australian origins.
To see so many kids dressed up and out and about enjoying themselves was a delight.
All were accompanied by adults either at the door or in a car.
Looking forward to it again next year.
