Between books at the moment but read many genres - scify (especially Larry Niven), crime thrillers, adventure (used to read a lot of Clive Cussler but the books became too formulaic - just change names and locations and there was the new book! Naval and aircraft books (factual and fiction). Also read model engineering and hobby electronics magazines for my hobbies

Hi Kisha we also have that book along with many others that my mother in law left to me when she passed away she had been collecting Readers Digest books for over 50 years.

Hi BB, yes its a fantastic book, I have had it guide me through so much in the way of home maintenance. I have had friends in shock when they have seen the projects I have completed, many think they are projects that a man would do, and not a woman, but because I love a challenge I won't let it defeat me, and the fact that it gives me great satisfaction to see a completed project well done. At times while doing something its probably when the strength of a man is required that hinders me a little, but I end up getting there with a job well done. Keep hold of your book, we are lucky to have it.... Regards Kisha.

Just started "Altered Carbon" by Richard K Morgan - I haven't read him before.

Sounds like an interesting read Joe.
Bill Bryson - I'm a Stranger Here Myself.
https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/25.I_m_a_Stranger_Here_Myself
Bryson is such an engaging, not to mention articulate, writer and one of the few authors who can, literally, make me "Laugh Out Loud".
Richard Dawkins - The Selfish Gene

Dawkins examines evolution from a slightly different perspective. Written in 1976 and
I've only just gotten around to reading it; damn!
