I will certainly miss Ozjohn's knowledgeable and kindly given advice on so many topics.
The forum won't be quite the same for me without him.
RIP indeed & condolences to those he leaves behind.

John was farewelled this morning by about 120 ppl at Hastings.
It was a sombre service, and yet cheerful in many aspects outlining Johns huge input into community and charity events as well as he and Janes love of travel.
As many of you know John and Jane were the instigators of OzParks after they saw a need for a 'no frills' style of caravanning accommodation.
He was a strong supporter of the Surf Life Saving Victoria and Caravaners Forum will be making a donation to that cause in Johns memory on behalf of all CF members.
If any of you wish to make a personal donation the details are here. www.slsfoundation.com.au/donatenow.aspx
We send Jane and family the wishes of our members for a a gentle grieving process, but after seeing the strength and togetherness of that family I think they'll be fine, given time.

Sincere condolences to all his family and friends.
I imagine John is already preparing the camp sites for when it is our turn to follow.
R.I.P John. You are sorely missed.
