 yes you should, they have sent a few demands now put it back on them  I bet you get a reply saying their computer is unable to issue a receipt for such a small amount, then you can get back to them and say well how can it issue a bill for that amount

BG its not too late, just tell them you have been going through some paperwork and you find they did not supply a receipt and ask for one now
