Sheba is right, velcro on its paws and it hangs onto the headrest. I think I got it at a cheapie shop.
I would have loved that pink panther Vic! I once had a Garfield cat that suctioned onto the window. That caused a few double takes too.
When I was parked in a supermarket carpark, a bloke parked next to me and commented on Mike being a great silent passenger to have.
Dazren, I take your point but my car locks itself at 40kph, and doesn't unlock until I press the button or open my door. Several times friends have gone to open one of the doors and can't. They have to wait my pleasure!

One of them I got in a Freebie box at an Op-shop, and the other one was about $1.50 at another Op-shop.
Cheers,
Sheba.

Love the idea of the self-locking door Beth. Was that a standard feature of the car, or can you get it as an add-on ?
Cheers,
Sheba.

Standard Sheba. I would have also loved climate control but mine is the budget version. Still, she's a great car. Can't complain at all.

Beth ! in that photo of Mike the Monkey, I see you have your Purse sitting on the passenger seat ?????
Just a little warning ?? in some parts of Vic, there is a growing trend of lowlifes, who wait at traffic lights for lone women to stop, Then they walk up to the car, Knowing most ladies leave the purse on the seat, and don't lock the door ?? Then they just open the door, grab the purse and run off, It is all over in a matter of seconds !!
better to put it on the floor, or on the back floor, so they will not see it on the seat,,
Just thought i would post this to let all you ladies out there know ;; to be aware'' Regards Dazren.
Yes, you're probably right but............. do you know how easy it it to throw it on the seat?
My car has a little slid out box under the driver's seat, but its awkward. There's also a little area beside the seat which is meant for a purse or folded umbrella...... but I forget about it, and besides it too small for a "nice" leather bag. The glove box is too far across, and besides is full. I could put it on the floor, but my shopping is already there (mostly).
You might say that women are difficult to please, given the options, but, well, no one asked me before they designed these things.
Now that begs the question.............................what do women want?
All too hard, all of this philosophising...............it's on the seat, one last time, but I'm not going far.

More often than not, the floor of my car is too dirty to put my handbag on.
I actually have a thingy that hooks onto the back of the headrest, so you can hang the handbag off there. I took it off while travelling and forgot to put it back on.
If your handbag's anything like mine Rosie, it's too damned big to fit into a little boxy thing anyway.
