We have just travelled from the Blue Mountains NSW up to Cooktown and we are almost home and we have not met up with a forum member or seen a sticker like the one on the back of our van, we were in Mareeba area for a week and then when we got to Maroochydore we discover that there is a gathering of forum members at Mareeba, I can understand the question "Where Are You" being asked.

My stickers are nearly gone too. They have rolled up from the top and bottom, eventually pealing off leaving a little bit in the middle which I presume will peal off too.
All my other stickers have stayed securely on.

I am at Capella , heading down to Emerald tomorrow then through to Caboolture by 16th if anyone is on that road. I too wonder where all the site GN's are - and I do have a grey ribbon on my bull bar and another on the back of the van - cant get it to stay on the aerial and too hard to reach anyway - it is up on the centre of the cab.
I have decided that the majority of nomads have never heard of the website - or belong to some other club/group so hopefully we are spreading the word and more will join!

Yes, you would be right there spida. We do only have 4000 members. There are thousands, and thousands out there on the road. I chat to at least one lot everyday passing through Biggenden. (Thats on the days I go up the main street) None have ever heard of this site. The same if I go into Childers. I tell them about it but don't know whether they join or not.
My son did tell me there are a group staying at the Dallarnil sports ground this weekend. They are called Wide Bay Wanderers he said. He said quite a large group and they are camped to stay a while. Obviously none from that group are members on this site either or they would have mentioned their planned trip, you would think.
I will go for a drive to get the paper tomorrow and see if they are still there.
No everybody belongs to the same online group, we just have to hope we do bump into some of the other members in our travels.

Helen, you seem to be following Tess around, she is just in front of you somewhere. You met her at Greens lake, I'm sure.

Talking about Greens lake...Is there going to be a Gathering like last Year......Shirls is going to drive up on the odd occassion and bring our two Grand Kids for a little Camp out
