Definitly needs to be a free camp with good water available.
Wuruma dam was very good earlier this year.
If we are talking june then it needs to be far north Qld. thats where we will be.

Have to agree with you JC .. Come June I hope to be in the Far North of Qld. If the "wet" turns out to be as predicted next year on the East Coast, then I s'pos it could have a bearing on times and location ..
Hmm .. its a matter of waiting for the rain to disappear so we can handle the global warming issues too ..

rvt and others, I have started a new thread re Qld meet for next year, so we don't have to keep posting on the greens lake one here, and still we keep getting more. This will end up getting lost in the archives in a very short time.

Hi Dave. Possibly Wivenhoe/Somerset-ish. There are a couple of good spots around there.
Neither Wivenhoe or Sommerset are pet friendly.

Bigriggen, Spring gully, Murphys creek, Boonah Showground, I can find more if you want
Bigriggin is also not pet friendly and IMO Murphys Creek is too expensive.
