Sue, come to Belair where it has proven to work, good management in the National Park here and the lack of problems with dog control in our park show that it can be blended into the system. Stubborn views will never be overcome especially with the elderly which unfortunatelly i am now one.
I'm not elderly and no more stubborn than dog owners, but I think NPs should be left as they are. I like dogs but they are ANIMALS.
I've camped with dog people and it's never been a pleasant experience. Barking, pooing everywhere, the males ****ing their leg on everthing in sight...and the owners fussing over them all the time.

Hi Sue, you can count us in. We are traveling with two dogs and the issues about nat & state parks is a major one. Unfortunately it only takes a few to do the wrong thing to affect the rest. Keep us on any email listing you do.
