A little bit of cryptics from you too eh.
They were the 3 songs with which he was inducted into the grammy hall of fame.
It's not for me to say in 2008
Chances are in 1998
Misty In 2002.
Interestingly, the score for the song "smile" was written by Charlie Chaplin.

Actually SMILE was not one of his songs, although it was written by Charlie Chaplin for the movie "Modern Times". The Johnny Mathis song you are thinking of is "A Certain Smile".. Good one Sheba...

Whilst it was bought out by Nat King Cole, Mathis did a great rendition of it and It featured on at least one of his albums.

I'm not even aware of such a beast John, I just use google on my Android like I expect everyone else does. Being a bit of an electronics buff with an interest in early radar, that one was quite easy, I couldn't remember his name but knew he was associated with Marconi, so I attacked it from that angle. The one the other day for smiley was a coincidence, as only the day before we had been discussing Iconic Aussie films and smiley came up, I had no idea who played the part but knew Chips Rafferty was there as well, so I googled it.

I never thought about that before you asked. Have had a good look at the applications and can only find chrome and one called photon, but neither appear to be the actual one that I am using???
When I select internet, it just comes up but doesn't appear to tell me what browser I am actually using.
Being an Android device, I assumed it was a Google browser of some sort.
