I see there's a cool change coming through on Monday...just in time for me to go to Cobb&Co. 22 & 9 forecast. I hate single figures.
But I promise I won't whinge...too much!

Rain,rain and more rain. Gale force winds and very cold here in down town Wonthaggi, Sth West Gippsland, Vic. The "True" locals say it's like it was years ago.

Finally at Border Village it's cold and windy. We've travelled through sunshine, more cold wind and even a little drizzle. A lot of dust - the trucks throw up a lot of dust. It's very dry out here. Some farmers have dry seeded in the hope they'll get rain to germinate the seed for a good crop. I could almost feel the hope as I drove past the dry paddocks. Tonight it's cool but very pleasant. Good for a sound sleep. I'm tired and struggling with "one nose" cold. The "other nose" seems to be ok at the moment.

Chris, my son has just come back from working in SA for the last 2 weeks..his first visit to SA.
He didn't get a lot of time to look around, but decided he'd go back another time for a better look around.

Cold nights on Sth. Aust west coast. Days are fine and cool. Nice travelling weather, but need an extra doona at night. They really need rain out here to get the crops going.

nice suny day although theres no warmth in the sun, 16 degrees, but drops to 6 degrees over nite. i dont think im going to enjoy winter this year

13 at the moment, which is considerably warmer than we've been having overnight. Expected top of 24 tomorrow.

A huge improvement on the 0 degrees in the mornings at Charleville , and 3 degrees at Tambo .

Nice here in Echuca Vic. No wind or rain, I think I must be in heaven (some might say hell). Great change from strong winds and rain for the last two weeks in Wonthaggi, Vic.

Very cold and grey here in Biggenden today. Don't know the temp but cold enough to do some gardening to keep warm. Tried to rain but wasn't very successful.

Well, it's been magnificent weather here in Echuca, the last 4 days anyway, cold nights but great sunny days, couldn't have ordered it better. Thanks Echuca. Back to the cold days and nights tomorrow as I am heading home.
The sky is blue with a few little white fluffy clouds, a little breezy and great for driving - however it is a little cool - should be around 18-20 today. Where am I -- Melbourne ( well Dandenong ).
Edit - make that drying weather - the wind has sprung up!!
