is decluttering the house completely. If it belongs to the kids - it goes to the kids. If it is not used anymore - it goes for sale, give away or the dump. Suprisingly, the house is emptying quite well. Amazing what I have kept over the years is - babies first shoes, welcome baby cards, engagement cards (go figure),old sewing machine - not working- sitting here for over 20 yrs, wedding dress, and heaps and heaps more. None of which has seen the light of day for more than 20 to 30 years or more and we did lots of shifting. I must have been nuts to keep it all. What have you kept that is similar???????
