Looking for the 300R TV ribbon cable which I *know* I have but cannot find.
Waiting to pick up my new car tomorrow and dealing with all the irritation of selling an old car and getting the van sorted for a trip to who knows where?
Basically, all is good, but just getting details sorted before heading bush once more.
Cannot wait :)

Working out how best with my neighbour how to stop water getting in, around or under his garage door. In theory my door should leak more, but my garage was bone dry & he had 3 bucket loads of water.

You did understand Neil.
I was referring to the movie, 'Paint Your Wagon'. Clint Eastwood sang 'I talk to the trees' and Harve Presnell sang 'They call the wind Maria'. Also how can anyone forget Lee Marvin singing "I was born under a wondering star'. They don't make movies like that anymore.
Mmmm, I think I have gone 'off topic' Nah! it's in 'I digress' so forgivable

Re-structuring an Aluminium Dexion trolley used for carting fishing gear for use on jetties(piers) etc. & carrying the toilet cassette to the van park dump points so that we can now use it for our busking stuff as well.
Now will have three uses!
The Dexion I am told by Dexion Australia never existed! How ever Dexion U.K. contacted me to say that they did several runs of it in the War years period and we came across it on a property we bought back in 1983 (now sold though) at Montacute in the Adelaide Hills and I have been able to use it for lots of "Homer Brand" projects since then.
Cheers - Ian

Dexion had an office in Orchard Rd Brookvale in the 1980s, probably back into the 1970s, or at the very least they sold Dexion products. The company I worked for supplied them some aluminium extrusions.

God iana i hope you are wrong. Now the dust hatch on the roof is leaking. Just tarped it. Know what we are spending the money we are saving by housesitting On. And instead of heading north we will be heading back to brisbane for repair. Never a dull moment. Stay dry everyone.

We're heading your way next, as said we are at Casino, and when all this water travels down stream, those rivers are going to be full to over flowing. Yes we have a leak, its towels and wringing the water out. Lots of fun, but not as much fun as it is in a camper trailer.

We did our steps mid last year, best money spent along with the morning laying on my back. Our 1 step was to high off the ground and the next step was way to high into the caravan, the worst part of the job was grinding the bolts off, lack of room near job. The bolts were gutter bolts with nylux nuts, not a very good combination.
Last week sold the single step for $40 on market place had 3 buyers chasing them, all saying they damage theirs on the Christmas break. Good timing for me.
Just enjoying the inclement weather at home doing odd jobs I did know I had, not.
