Hi everybody, We have been having a slight problem with the cache on our website, with old stories being displayed instead of the updated ones. We are hoping it has now been sorted out but need it to be tested from various browsers, computers, phones etc to be sure. If anyone has got a moment would they mind clicking on www.thegreynomads.com.au The main story should be about the caravan accident on the Cunningham Highway today. If you see a different story, could you please try refreshing to see if the new story then comes in. If you could quickly post your experience here it would be greatly appreciated as the more we know the easier it should be to track down the problem (if there still is one). Thanks, everybody.

Hi Cindy,
Following the link with Windows 7 and Firefox, Top Story shows 20 Apr Five injured in campervan rollover on Stuart Highway.
Re-loading the page shows 3 May Caravan hit by truck as it turns into campground
Also tried with Chrome and it shows 3 May Caravan hit by truck as it turns into campground
So I think your issues are browser related.
If others are replying try to include your operating system & browser as it should help the site developers pin point the problem.
Regards Steve.

I wonder if it is Area/Server/ISP related
I receive the 3 May issue with Win7 using Firefox, while madaboutled with the same system was only receiving 20 April before he refreshed
I am in South West of Western Australia and my ISP is iinet

Thanks everybody. It seems like there is still something 'quirky' going on but, happily, it doesn't seem to be a problem for most people. I will give this info to our developers and hopefully it will help them pinpoint the problem. It will be nice to get it sorted out as we want everyone to see the most up-to-date content. In the meantime, please keep 'refreshing' if it seems the website content has changed in a while. Thanks again.

My system (Windows 8.1 & Firefox 43.0.1) was OK when Cindy made the original post, but just checked again and the Cunningham Hwy crash story was still displayed. Hit the refresh button and the Tassie crossing story is now showing.

It appears that issue this has now been fixed as I didn't have to refresh the page today to have the latest story appear.
