I have had a few days on the sidelines now and have come to the conclusion that my mental state is not what I would hope it to be. Therefore I am back on meds and have had a session with my shrink today. (thank you taxpayers).
I told him about what happened on the weekend and he laughed and said, "why do you let an internet forum have such an effect on you?"
I must admit, it took me while to answer with "I have no idea". His next words were profound and did the trick. "Do you enjoy the forum?" yes, "have you made friends on the forum" yes. Then he looked at me and told me to go away and get back on the horse and dont let anyone knock me off again.
To all those dear folks who posted on my last thread, I have no way of expressing how profound your words are to me and the effect they have had today (yes I did take a peek a few times).
To you all I owe an unreserved apology.
