Well it's done. House sold about two hours ago and fully paid. Agent has money and will hold untill the day I am ready to go. I have two weeks to move on out. I have also agreed that if I am ready earlier I will let them know and they will transfer money to me.
The house has been sold furnished to a lovely lady and I know her daughter as I worked with her.
Only one thing left now, get the new Den and it's on the move anyway so all good.
I am one happy camper and I tell you that for free. A busy camper for a while clearing out my stuff though. The buyer has asked me to leave what I don't want as she has nothing. She has split from her husband and living in a pocky room at a friends place. So works well for both of us.

Thanks everyone for all the kind words. My head is spinning around and around tonight. I wanted a reasonably quick sale but really didn't think it would be this quick. To sell fully furnished has been a bonus too. I really didn't think that would happen. Infact I was that unsure about how quick I agreed on a February delivery date for the new Den. I rang them late this afternoon to see if delivery could come forward and they sounded very possitive and will get back to me.
No big drama as I still have the Avan anyway and am very comfy in that but would like to have something bigger so will keep the fingers crossed.
Bob, the twins stay mate.
Frank, they don't need an excuse to go skinny dipping mate. Gee, things have been that hectic around here I just remembered they are still down "the" beach. Better go and get them.
So I will have a new address within two weeks for anyone interested.....AUSTRALIA.

That's amazingly fast.
I have envy now, enjoy the freedom must be a very liberating feeling shaking off an asset like a house. Though some say a house is a liability.
We are still renovating this joint and plan to flick it soon to fund the gypsy life.
