Every so often we get some one come on here just for the purpose of causing trouble, disputing peoples topics & name calling, then deleate them selves
This was happening in the techie's section over the last few weeks & now he has gone.
I don't see the point of their actions as it just spoiles a good system.
You can work out who I mean.

That's human nature I guess JC. Those 'sticky' members (ie who keep on keeping on) are here to enjoy each other's comments and contributions.

G'day JC, you're right, there is no point and yes we have lost some very popular members due to such gutless morons. Personally I believe its up to us to jump all over these sorts of offensive posts by immediately notifying Cindy and denying the gutless wonders a forum. It was clear all along that he had no other intention than to be disruptive and insulting.

Howdy bigw, good to see ya mate, just ignore him he is not worth stressing over, I know who you are talking about and I just bypass his contributions and go to the next one.
I was actually contacted about another person who posted something on another forum, now I only use this one so I just had a quick check of the other one and found the post, now I know why I don't bother with any other forum but this great one. I am sticking like glue to this one, Cindy keeps it under control.
I did notice in "General" just before though someone has popped up from the past that had a bad attitude then so hope he has a better attitude now.

If there is one erstwhile member that the forum is far better off without it is the one JC is referring to. Apart from the most unjustified and unprovoked attack he did on JC, he effectively shut down a thread that would otherwise have been one of the most informative to appear on the techies forum. Shortly after that incident he behaved in a similar manner in another thread that was otherwise proceeding in a civilised manner. I took him to task for it but I stuck to the facts and didn't resort to the low-rent name calling that he did.
In short, good riddance to him.

Umm, If ever I display an attitude, being relatively new to forum, please tell me so I can adjust it. This is a great forum and have thoroughly enjoyed being on it and have learnt stuff as well. And I really don't want to get anybody offside. Life is too short, and I ain't here for a long time but it's going to be fun!
