I don't give a damn its his personal life, but there was a clever little ditty in the letters to the editor section of todays advertiser.
Its a matter of conjecture Its a matter of debate Whether Mike did to Michelle What his goverment's done to the state.

Even Qld featured the Rann stuff in the news.
She says he did, he says he didn't.
Now they're either both lying, as in telling fibs, or she's lying and imagining it, and he's telling the truth, or she's telling the truth and he's lying.
How can she be so public about it if it's not true? She's facing slander etc.
He's been very public and definite about denying it.
Maybe all her marbles aren't in the same bag. She's risking too much if it's a lie, and he's risking a lot if it's true.
Bloody politicians! Why can't we just have honest, straight up polly's who actually do the job they were elected and paid heaps to do?
The pollies can't ever be trusted.

Doesn't matter if they did or if they didn't..................they were consenting adults and guess what??..............................sex goes on!! No sh#t.....it is part of life...........like it or not.
(well in some peoples lives anyway)
However..............if you make a deal.......have the decency to stick by it.!!! Don't open your mouth to girlfriends, relatives or anyone. She entered into the arrangement........... willingly and uncoerced to have this affair.............. by his rules (by her own admission) and then opened her mouth to tell the tale when she thought she could make some money out of it. SHAME!!!! And she was the married person at the time.........not him!!

Superficially I agree and can be as cynical as the next person of pollies but.....do we have an alternative
Dictators?
Bureaucrats?
Absolute Monarchs?
The world's tried all these!
As Churchill said....."democracy is the worst form of government except all those other forms that have been tried from time to time".
If you think Rann is doing a poor job we'll send you our Premier from NSW and that way you can have a real idiot!

I'm taking a moderate line on this!!! Half his expletive deleted luck if he did. There are as I understand it no concensual issues, so yet again its a beat up just prior to an election to attempt to discredit the bloke. Unless of course she said withdraw at once you cad and he said, "well let me answer your question this way" by which time he'ed sown his oats and it was all over....
The fact that the layee was paid and the layor only got a wet willie for his efforts says something.

So as an expert on the topic of Prostitution I'd suggest with the benifit of some careful thought that his actions, if sex occured, were in S.A. Illegal. If perchance he paid for dinner, motel etc prior to any nookie then he could be considered to have offered Hire or reward for the aforementioned nookie in which case if he did pay he bonked a hooker in SA and that is illegal in SA..... Just ask Steve Fielding....

Love to be a polly, then I could ring the missus up and say " Sorry darling, will be late home tonight, just got to TABLE something in Parliament. Might have to reintroduce it to the floor of the house & get a vote on it....
