Hello everyone, about to become a nomad, very excited, a bit scared as well, 5th wheeler style, can't believe it's actually going to happen, looking forward to all the life style that is on offer, don't even know where I'm going first but most say the time to do it is now. Just needed to say all that.

You will be fine, I have no doubt :)

A whole new life opening up! I shall be joining you a little later this year and relish the challenge and variation.

A number of times in my life I have "jumped off the cliff to see if I could fly" - so far, so good and I have no doubt the next leap will work out well too.

Good luck.

Hi Rayzor. Welcome to the good life. Im back into it again myself after a three year break to care for my aged mum. I now have a campervan and Im super excited to head off in a few weeks. Ive been doing a few short trips to iron out the kinks. Its scary and exciting all at once. The people you meet on the way are just wonderful. I hope you have a fantastic time.

Welcome to the gang Razor, enjoy here and out in the playground.

I hope you are not lost mate cos this is not the 'Razor' gang sorry.

You will love this lifestyle and I tell you that for free. When I retired I went out in the playground for 8 out of the 12 months each year for three yeras then full time for the last three years. Six years now and have never looked back.

Keep Safe on the roads and out there.

Hey thanks for the warm welcome everyone, I've changed from 5th wheel to 20 foot caravan built for off road, picking it up on Wednesday, just getting all the prep work done and then its time for some practice.

Hello Rayzor,
Welcome to the group. I hope your new 20' van measures up to your hopes. Looking forward to catching up with you out on the road sometime.
This Friday, I'm off with a few friends, me in my van solo, another bloke solo in his van and two couples in their vans. We're heading for Cameron's Corner and a 6-week trip. Looking forward to that.
Cheers,
Roy.
