Not sure if they are the best, but have bought panels on ebay from bitdeals.
Last lot were 2x200W for $280 ( now selling for $265)
They have a claimed output of 11.1A and I measured mine at 12A.
Have not tried them out camping yet, but seems like a good deal to me.
PS no controller with these.

 Hi smile

There are probably no bad panels for sale today. Just like there is no "best" tug for your caravan.

My suggestion is to look at the other threads, and those in the SOLAR POWER area above, and read them and also use the search function above in the blue band.

I have bought mine on ebay on price. Been happy with them all.

SPEC.1.JPGThe thing you need to check is the open circuit voltage is around 21V. I got caught by not checking before ordering a 160W folding panel, for $150 & it was only 15v Open circuit. I have since bought 2 of Gista brand 160W folding panels for $170 ea from a seller in Melbourne freight free. These panels are fine with regulators included & for me they do the job required. Pic is specs for one side of a folding 160W panel. Another point to check on any folding solar panel is how well the leads are soldered to the terminals inside the conection box. Ive found some where the wire & the lug were not tined properly, & the conection was very poor to almost falling of. That said the panels them selves were quite good, just poor fiting of the cables.

Hi
I use Sharp and Kyocera . There are Ebay/cheaper and more expensive . Remember u can by the best but it will be 2,3,5 times the cost .
Have plenty of watts
Best advice is to go 160-200watts per 100ah battery size .
Quality solar reg charger either
DC/DC charger with solar 20 , 30, 40 , 50amp Redark, Projecta Enerdrive
or cheaper standalone solar charge eg EP solar --Tracer 100-200$$

There was a comparison test that I read a while ago in an RV magazine that I borrowed from our local library, Projecta were a clear winner.

That's if you believe what's written in RV magazines?blankstareblankstare

There are so many variables, that it is next to impossible to state a simple "this is best".

We have a slip-on coming for the Navara, the dimensions of the top surface determined a certain size of panel. So .. a search ensued for the highest output from a pair of panels that would fit in the space.

When the slip-on arrives (anytime now, I hope!) it will be instructive to see whether they actually DO fit, or whether I have to do the search thing again! (God, I hope not!!)

Sadly, many reviews simply reflect how much sponsorship the company has put up.

Projecta do a quality product, but would be interested in the price comparison, but then again the question was about the best.
