MW canopy Aluminum so weight not so bad I wanted to utilise the original tub.

So it wasnt so deep I fitted a set of draws one with slide for a fridge.

Also had new upgraded springs fitted removed the old ones were only

a month old and new shocks, the picture was taken fully loaded so it

sits great.

Good looking canopy. I'm starting the long task of identifying a new tow vehicle to replace my Discovery and utes are in the mix. Having travelled plenty of outback tracks with mates with utes, a consistent problems seems to be dust ingress with the traditional glass canopies. Have you had a chance to test how well all your canopy and its connection to the ute are sealed?
Cheers and thanks

Bob

Before I put the canopy on I placed weather strips between the canopy and tub it wont be 100% sealed but will do the job I want it to do.

Bob, your biggest issue will be the tailgate for dust ingress if going a tub ute.Lots of foam tape needed. A vent on top of canopy does help. ARB make a good one imho. cheers Craig

Thanks. I'm also looking tray back/metal box combos, which may be a little better.

Cheers
