Newbie on the loose

Hey nomads. Just making ready to hit the road fulltime. So much to organise and lots of useless stuff to throw away or donate to charity. Heaps to learn, WDH or not? How much solar is enough? See ya on the adventure. Cheers Fred.

G'day Fred and welcome to the forum.  Don't forget to try the two ongoing games here - 'Who is This' in the 'I Digress' section and 'Pick this Place' in the 'General' Section - a great source to find new places to visit. It is all a balancing act re how much solar, best thing to do is try and work out a power usage schedule and look at replacing around 150% per day.  This allows for the days of cloud or total overcast.

Ok thanks Cadpete, I think I will need extra solar somehow. Have to see how much my system can handle. Cheers, stretch
