Euabalong (nth of Lake Cargellico)

Nth of Lake Cargellico

$11/night - power , water, showers - Honesty box - (please ensure you pay). Camps book says pay at the hotel but publican says "no - use honesty box".
looks like its the old school site with lots of concrete
- just a pub - no fuel or shop

Thanks Jenny & Barry,

looks like a top spot. Roughly how far to the pub from there and do they serve meals?

Saw that as we drove in and it looked okay. We stayed down on the lake at Frogs Hollow I think they called it and yes there was a chorus of frogs after dark. The most annoying aspect of our stay there was the little black insects that came into our van after dark, millions of them. You could not sit in the van for them so we turned out the lights and went to bed early. Next morning there were thousands dead along the window sills on the outside of the fly screen. Not sure how you deal with them or whether they were just there the night we were in town.
