We took our Pajero and Roma into Glen Davis in 2016. Rather than camp at Glen Davis itself, we turned left into 'Coorongooba Camp Ground' -33.123517, 150.27949. The road into the campground is dirt and narrow but it opens out onto a large open paddock beside the Capertee Creek. The site has long drop toilets. There are walks into Woolemi and the Glen Davis shale oil plant. The camp ground is free.
