Thanks Sheba. This guy grew up to be world famous he was born June 1940. I think his eyes will give him away.

But I have a feeling Ballast2 may believe he has posted a pic of Alfred Deakin (who was not English-born (born in Fitzroy Melbourne) but was 2nd PM of Straya)

G'day again John. You are correct in his name. He was the second Governor General of Australia from 1903 to 1904. He was also Governor of South Australia from 1899 t0 1902. That was the info I was after. I will now leave it to someone else to post.
