Hi - there are some reports on here - go to the "search" button above your post - put in penrose park, and a couple of positive posts appear - welcome to the site, by the way!

We had 3 days at Penrose Silverton and loved it, if you want a powered site for aircon be early, we visited Broken Hill and surround and had a very enjoyable stay. The Penrose Park has good showers and laundry. There are a few camp kitchens that are user friendly. $25 a day for powered site.

We've stayed at Penrose Park .

Nothing flash, but has everything you need. The managers were really good.

Much cheaper and more friendly than anything in Broken Hill.
