Hiya all.. From SnowT

Hi guy's and gal's..

I been searching for a good Aust.Camping/RV/Caravan site for a while.. and I found this forum..

My background..

I'm a younger grey Nomad[46 going on 47]

I got the bug of traveling around when I did a trip to USofA to compete in a few Single Action event's.. most people that go to shoot the competition's in the US normally go for 2-4week's I went the whole hog and spent the max No. of Day's[EISA] 90 touring around..

I hired a campervan.  I had a Ball, I hit a grand total of just under 18,000mile's. I Meet most of the People I have been talking to Playing Games with on the internet.. Stayed in some great place's and Meet a heap of great People..  The Worst thing about the whole trip is that I took over 10,000 photo's numerous Still motion video's and after 2+ year's still have not sorted them out...

I loved the idea of being able to drive to a new spot at my own pace, the ability to simply pull off the road and have a sleep..

In all my time over there I spent about 12 night's in any formal type of accommodation.. the rest of the time was either Boondocking or just off the side of the road[Parked safely]..

- Would I do the trip again.. OH YES..

- Would I do thing's slightly Differently..  YES..

Myself..[My own info..]

I'm an electrician when I work/have a job.. I consider myself to be multi-skilled in most area's[I know enough to cause trouble for myself & other's if they let me..]

I'm into Aquaponic's in a Large way.. I have a 10,000lt system that has been going for over 2year's now with some great Trout in it..

- My aim's..  To Buy/import an Automatic Caoster to Australia and Fit it out myself..[Everything that I can do comfortable] I'll explain Why Later.

G'day Snow - hope to see you out on the road sometime - and I see Bittern, Vic, is home - I used to live in Somerville, just up the road.

No, I'm not busy, I did it right the first time.
